“I don't even think there are words to describe how phenomenal my experience with The Agency of Beauty was! I was a COVID bride and rescheduled my wedding twice and had to change the venue sort of last minute, and Natalie and Deidre were super responsive and accommodating making every adjustment and change they needed to in order to ensure that this day went smoothly. The trial was seamless and very easy to set up around my very busy work schedule. I explained what I wanted with some photos, and they made it happen. They took photos and notes for things I may have wanted to do differently day of and even checked in later that day to see if I was still liking it or wanted to change anything.

Regarding the actual day of...I have never had a better experience and to date, I have been in 7 other weddings. I had 8 bridesmaids, myself, and my mom who got hair and makeup done. Every single person loved their hair and makeup with zero complaints, changes, people in the bathroom with their own makeup trying to fix things, or someone panicking that they needed hair or makeup redone because they didn't like it. I have NEVER had that happen in the history of all the weddings I have been in. Not only that, they were perfectly on schedule without any hiccups and so fun to hang out with and down to earth. I would highly, highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use in the future when I need my hair or makeup done.”
